Issues Linking PayPal with Twitch

Hello! When trying to link my PayPal with Twitch for payouts, it gives me this message "The account information could not be validated by PayPal. Please verify that your details are exactly as they are in your PayPal account (name and email address)." Even after verifying that my name is the same on twitch / paypal, if anyone knows how to fix this, please let me know...thanks

Thanks for the reaching out to the PayPal Community forums for assistance. That is strange that your accounts are not linking if the information match. Do you have a business account? If so, does the business name match what is in your Twitch account?

thanks for the help, but this isnt what im looking for, i have the donations set up, i just need to link my paypal to twitch so they can pay me during their payouts for affiliates ... maybe this can help you understand... https://help.twitch.tv/s/article/affiliate-payout-faq?language=en_US @PayPal_Rich

also, no twitch doesnt fall under business account, and the info is correct when trying to link accounts for payments @PayPal_Rich

Hi, not sure if you are still having this problem, but I just came across it today and figured it out, and didn't see a regular solution here.  In twitch, it says to input your first and last name.  For me, I put my first and middle name in the "First name" box, and my last name in the other like normal.  So if the name was John Jay Doe, in the first name I put "Jon Jay" and it worked for me.  I hope that helps.

I've created a panel on my twitch homepage, yet whenever I click it, it sends me to a twitch page saying "unless you have a time machine, this content is not available" or something along the lines of that. Any fixes?
