I would just like to clarify on some matters pertaining the Metrobank Prepaid card linking to Paypal.
Because I can't link my account all it says is here on the linked screenshot is shown below. I already use both Account Number and also above the ATM number both won't worked.

Hence, I would just like to know if I really CAN link my Metrobank Prepaid card to my Paypal account and TRANSFER FROM the Metrobank Prepaid card INTO my Paypal?
