For years I have paid for a VPN with My Expat Network with PayPal and they kept copies of the login details which I could access through my account when I needed the details. Say, for a new phone or tablet. Since the changes to the PayPal website I have not been able to find those details. Trying to get support from PayPal has been a defeat by the automated systems. I am away from home so phoning another automated system is not an option. MEN can only suggest I cancel my subscription through PayPal and start again directly with them. As I have several devices in use and not all with me I am reluctant to take that option. Any ideas on how to get PayPal to cough up the information they have buried in my ac ount somewhere.
