Password change with Lastpass

I am trying to change my password. I can't autofill or paste my current password in from Lastpass, so the only way I can do it is type my 20 character password in. Is the problem on my end or is Paypal deliberately stopping autofill and paste on the change password page?

I have this same problem with my autofill. It pops up for one second and then disappears. Is there a solution to this?
