Paypal Security Key Fob Not working

I have a security Key fob I received from Paypal years ago (I believe around 2006). I went to use it today and it does not work. I replaced the battery and still doesn't work. I guess I have 3 questions: 1) is this device still used/supported, 2) is there a reset that needs to be performed, if still used, can a replacement be obtained?

Welcome to the community. The security key would have been updated some time ago to an SMS one time pin key. You should find all of the information you need on activating this here, https://www.paypal.com/uk/smarthelp/article/how-do-i-order-or-activate-my-paypal-security-key-faq634....

The HELP PAGE for this is out of date.

There is NO SECURITY KEY option on the ACCOUNT->SECURITY page you reference.

How do I deactivate the security key?
