Hi I recently closed my paypal account as I wanted to set up a new one with a new email address. I had an order pending which I had an email to advise that it had been despatched. Stupidly I closed my paypal account and after a month no order has been received. I’ve emailed the company but they will not reply. Can I reopen my account to request the money back? Thanks
You can't re-open a closed account but why did you close it in the first place?
All you had to do was add your new email address to your old paypal account and then make the new one your primary address. You could have then removed the old email address or kept it on there as you can have 8 email addresses on the 1 Paypal account.
