Security Challenge loop went on blank and nowhere to next step

So I recently got auto-log-out of my Mobleys PayPal app. When I tried to re-log on, it always shows up a Security challenge page, with a blank bar under, I've attached the photo underneath. like that. And there's literally nothing I can do to skip or move to next step. I've updated the app. reloaded the app and it all went to the same Security Challenge page. I need help to re-log in to my mobile PayPal account.
