Unable to add PNC Bank Account to PayPal account

I have tried adding my PNC bank account this weekend and the system says Unable to complete...try back later.  I did just remove a different PNC account prior to attempting to add the new bank account yesterday.  When it failed yesterday, I decided to wait a day and try again...same error.  Is there an issue between PayPal and PNC anyone is aware of or do I need to wait a certain period of time?

Paypal is a joke. No wonder everyone has moved away from it. Been trying to add PNC all day and keeps saying "can't right now" as if trying later would be better. There's no way to reach support other then their garbage messenger system. I'll be sure to let everyone and their momma know not to bother using PayPal when sending me money.
