Unable to link CFSB bank account

I've been trying to link my bank account for the past 2days! Everytime i enter my routing and account number and hit enter an error message shows saying that they're unable to link my bank account right now. My bank account is CFSB. I'm unable to transfer my money. Please help me

Is it a virtual or online bank only paypal do not normally support that type of bank.
