Unlock my Account

Hi,

I got some problems with PayPal.
Few months ago I start a shop on shopify and I changed my account in PayPal Business. Now I recived a notification about " PayPal lock my account " because they need a license for that business. I understand ,but I stop use that Shopify Shop and my account from that shop was closed.
How can I unlock my PayPal account if I can't open my account from Shopify if is closed and to show them that license ? What can I do ?

Did you remove the permission profile that link to that shop in your account settings? 

Click Profile at the top right, and select Profile and Settings. In the left menu, click My selling tools. In the Selling online section, click Update next to API access. On the API Access page. 

Then you have to take care of any open PayPal case file that is open in the Resolution Center about the account being locked or limited. You can write a letter explaining you no longer use that Shopify store and pdf it and upload it to the case.

I check that and there is nothing about my shop, just some shortcuts to be easy for me to pay online.
About that pdf, what can I put there if my account from that shop is close ?

Just say it is to an old Shopify store you closed and no longer have.
