There's this kind of message when I try to login into my account and I cant get into my paypal account. How can I fix this or is this just for everyone right now and its a problem in paypal services?

The same problem.
Before this first happend, I:
1. Changed language to english.
2. Tried to add bank account, but stopped right before confirming, because I wanted to check my iban.
When I returned, I was loged out and after login the "We are unable to process your request, please try again later." window appeared.
Trying again obviously makes no change so far.
URL: "https://www.paypal.com/myaccount/home".
Console says that "fpti is not defined".
Works the same way on both Mozilla and Chrome.
