So I can't access my Paypal account anymore because of this error. I ONLY have the option to show identity, but I don't have a valid, up-to-date driver's license or passport? I want to be texted or called or something, but I NEED to show proof of something I don't have?? I have never left my country, and I don't drive, so what am I going to do?

does your govt issue some ID card?

Like in USA,we have social security card.

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.

I haven't used my ID card for Paypal so how are they going to know that it's me or not??
