unpaid invoices?

Hello.

I was looking at my Paypal "manage invoices" section and in the "unpaid" tab I noticed that in 2014 for about 1 month, I have 5 separate invoices where the status is "unpaid(sent)" and this is in relation to my job at the time. I also still work there. There is also an e-mail connected to the invoices "billing@____(name of the company).com". I'm really not sure why this is even here because I don't remember ever having to connect my Paypal account to my job since I had my paychecks directly deposited into my bank.

I'm posting this because I wanted to make sure that I am reading this correctly. Does this mean I wasn't paid for that straight month? It's hard to remember 4 years ago if there was a certain situation for this also I can't look back into my bank statements that far.

Any help on this would be appreciated, thank you!!

It means that the PayPal invoices were sent but were unpaid but that does not necessarily mean you did not receive payment, the sender likely didn't pay through the invoices but using send money instead. If you don't recall making a fuss over not being paid at the time then it is likely you were paid by other means. Try going back into your PayPal activity on the Activity page, click statements, click activity download and do a date range search to see if you were paid.

Ultimately, no one here knows because those invoices were created manually there in your account by you or someone who had access to your account.

Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
