PayPal is not allowed in some countries. I would have replied to a posting here by "shanedane" but it's from 2011 & is "archived" which I guess, means: I can't reply. Anyway, CCNow works, & when used, it safely connects payment through PayPal.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
