Is anyone else having any issues with printing from an ipad?
I can print anything from any website except the shipping labels. I used to be able to print shipping labels from PayPal a month ago and now it doesn't work.
I would love to know why it doesn't work now or possibly be given a solution. My wife uses paypal all the time and we bought an iPad just for this purpose. I called customer support and they told me to buy a PC. That shouldn't be a recommendation. I should be able to print from this like I used to.
I am having this same issue. I have downloaded the Adobe Reader app in case that will help, but have no clue what to do now. It would be way more convenient for me to print straight from the iPad, so I really hope this gets fixed in the near future!
I have same problem.... So frustrating because a couple months ago I had no problems printing USPS labels from my iPad. I also called customer support and was told it was because of new updates and that I needed to print from a laptop or desktop. Don't understand why an "update" removes ability to print from iPad.....seems a little **bleep** backwards!
My problem with printing USPS labels is from my computer. I have always used Chrome for browser and it suddenly stopped letting me print my mailing lablels. I found I can do it with Explorer. What changed?
Agree. Same issue with Firefox and my desktop. Printing a US postal service shipping label is broken. It has been broken for over two weeks. I called them and they acknowledged an issue, but it's still broken. I even brought it up at the post office the other day and THEY knew about it, but it's still broken.
THE fix: Use Internet Explorer. It has worked for me without exception...so far.
Found a temp solution if you're trying to use USPS.com in safari: use Puffin browser for iPad. You still can't print from the browser, but it lets you save the PDF to Dropbox or the device. Then you can print from there.
