Since for some reason Paypal can't verify my identity I want a refund for the My Cash card I bought. However every time I click on the link it gives me to request a refund - https://www.paypal-cash.com/mycashrefund.html - it redirects me to https://www.paypal-cash.com/index.html . So there seems to be no way to get a refund.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
