{Paypal has been a nightmare for me. I moved 9 months ago, I updated me profile with the new address. About the only purchases I made during that time were to Ebay. Recently I made purchases to other businesses using their paypal linke, After placing the order the receipt shows my old address. Since one of those was to a business I had never done business with I knew it was paypal at fault. After several phone calls and a nice rep she found that paypal keeps your address in secret inaccessable files. She thinks she fixed it but there is absolutly no way to know for sure as any purchases do not show the mailing address until the order is placed. Canceling and releasing held funds is very difficult. So now I cannot use paypal for online purchases because I have no way to know if the merchendise will be mailed to the current address before finalizing the order. I strongly recomend to anyone moving that they either open a new paypal or never trust paypal to updae your information into their locaked areas.
