Paypal shipping not available?

Just needing to know if this is a common problem right now, or just my problem?

Have contacted PP with this issue they deny it is anything to do with them so annoying when i know that it is!!

I then asked if you know there is a problem why have you not posted so on the paypal site silence!!

So frustrating like many on here there is now multiple claims in for canceled labels with no way of knowing when or even if i will be paid back

just contacted paypal and they told me that it was a pitnety bowes problem and it will take a few days !!!!!!!!

Running into the same issue, and I am now getting emails from buyers asking when items will ship. had the same issue a few weeks ago after Java updated, I switched to a older version and was able to print again, tired that this time and no luck. I am out of ideas at this point

Was able to print for a day, now again unable to. What baffeles me is I can print labels for items sold on ebay but not items sold through pro stores.

IT REALLY **bleep**!  after calling and leaving messages they finally answered me yesterday that the issue was fixed - lol

Someone else said to try Internet Explorer and that worked for me so far.

eta: It wasn't totally trouble free. The little box that pops up to tell you to hit ok if the label prints or cancel if it didn't kept popping up on top of the printer's pop up so I had to close it to be able to click the print button on the printer dialogue.

PayPal told me to clear my cookies and change browsers.  wow.  I haven't been able to print labels for about a week  😞
