I sold an item on eBay.

The buyer haas left brilliant feedback, and signed for the delivery.

I purchased first class signed for delivery from Paypal.

Paypal now say that firstclass signed for isnt acceptable as proof of delivery, and my money is on hold.  MY MONEY, NOT YOURS PAYPAL.

What a typically disgusting American firm.

My account is being closed as soo as I get MY MONEY.

I have also lodged a complaint with the FCA.
