Why does Quickbooks Online only download a few days of Paypal Transactions?

I would really like to use Quickbooks Online, however, I sell on Paypal. Paypal does not prepare it's accounting data in any standard banking format (for download), which makes importing a very manual process.
The only feasible option for me is to use the Downloaded Transactions feature to "Connect" to PayPal.
However, My Quickbooks Online account will NOT download Paypal transactions other than a few days worth which is equivalent for me to the last 80 transactions or so. I have tried selecting 90 days and 30 days of transactions. I've also tried opening up several brand new Quickbooks Online trial accounts as well as trying the Quickbooks Online test account.
I've had a ticket open on this issue for about 2 months and still no resolution. I'm sure other people use Paypal and haven't had a problem, and I'm sure other people have experienced the same issue that I'm having.
Not being able to use Paypal with Quickbooks seems like a very high priority issue that Quickbooks should address, even if it is only affecting some users. I can imagine if this problem started happening 12 months after I fully adopted Quickbooks Online, this would stop by bookkeeping in its tracks!
I'm concerned. Paypal, can you help?
