Your wait times this morning were horirible-I waited 20 minutes on hold at 10:15 AM EDT!

i'm writing to complain about the horrible wait times you've had lately. I tried the other day and waited like 10 minutes and just earlier this morning when I called your customer service around 10:15 AM EDT and was on hold for over 20 minutes before your rep in India finally answered.

He was pleasant but I feel that long of a wait in unacceptiable, especialy since I was calling on my cellphone. You need to have more agents available on the weekends as most Americans do their shopping then.

20 minutes would have been nice! I have been holding over an hour now- almost an hour and a half. No answer. Wondering if anyone is really there.

20 mins.?  over an hour?  i've spent OVER 8 1/2 hours on hold only to be right back to where i started, problem still not fixed. this is great customer service paypal has, take your money, put you on hold. Any seller should look at all the problems folks are having with paypal and think twice before joining this cess pool.

It is 9/8/13 and I have been on hold for 1hr & 31 mins now.... This is not acceptable. People have business and life to do - and should have to wait for PayPal for hours to pickup the phone. I have waited long periods only to get disconnected and not called back - now that is infuriating!!!!!! PAYPAL GET MORE CUSTOMER SERVICE HELP - LIKE TRIPLE OF WHAT YOU HAVE NOW!
