"Screen shot of my Credit card image'' WHAT IS THIS?

Hi, I recently closed my paypal account which had my debit card and financial details attached to it.Then i created a new paypal account using a different email.And i was able to add my debit card but couldn't Confirm it..this error showed up.."'your card is already attached to a nother paypal account'"

After that i contacted paypal customer service they said that "my closed paypal account still has all the financial details and that's why you get that error"

And they said this "Provide the screen shot of your credit card image"  to fix this...

My question is What is a 'screen shot of my credit card'..? Someone please Explain

A screen shot is when you capture a realtime image on a computer or cell phone by using the screen shot feature on that device. What PayPal wanted was a picture of your card or bill showing you are the legitimate account owner and that your card is not stolen and being used to set up a new fake account. This is protection for you.
