Ok.. explain this to me like I'm an idiot... if you cannot transfer money from my Paypal account to Rushcard/Metabank... WHY did you verify the account with two deposits and accept the bank as a link to my card in THE FIRST PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Is your meta bank is a prepaid bank ? because even though it has a routing number and account number and it can receive random deposits to verify it, once you use the card as an ach, it will not work.
Google it.

I think since it has a routing and bank account number, the system just accept it not able to verify that it was a prepaid card.
And also I believe that your bank fall under the category on Paypal as a disallowed banks.
