Ok.. explain this to me like I'm an idiot... if you cannot transfer money from my Paypal account to Rushcard/Metabank... WHY did you verify the account with two deposits and accept the bank as a link to my card in THE FIRST PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hmmm, guess the verification of accounts process and the actual sending/withdrawing abilities of cards/accounts kinda have no bearing on each other. And they can disabled certain banks/cards after verification to track cards/accounts to PayPal accounts. It's all part of risk/security management, I take it in the era of KYC and AML.
