PayPal has the worst banking format I've ever seen ! You can have positive cash balance in paypal but can't see where it's spent , or when it's spent, it's a simple thing to fix. But they don't , they are worried about hiding things so they can bang you with fees ! **bleep** YOU PAYPAL ! As far as not being connected to ebay any longer , my **bleep** ! Again **bleep** hate you and think your just as bad if not worse than any banking institution I've ever used . You can't even leave feedback to these ignorant **bleep** without wasting most of an hour doing this horse **bleep**!
