Scammers List

Do we have something like a scammers list to safe our custommers out? Like a scam data base where you can enter scammers e-mails so if someone wants to sent them money the will receive a notice that that person is a scammer. That would be great! This way we (paypal users) can help each other.

No because scammers often use hijacked Ebay accounts and hijacked email addresses.

So you may find you are adding an account of an innocent person to that list who is trying to recover that accounts use.

Also if you make sure that you read up on seller and buyer protection then you can risk assess your transactions although I know it can never be a 100% guarantee but thats no different really than shops in high street risks.
