This is not a negative post ... Just wanted to thank and acknowledge the diligence on behalf of PayPal in resolving our dispute with a particular difficult and awkward situation which has been on-going since the begining of this year .... just as a tip to anyone who is having difficulty ... Be diligent ... Be persistent ... Make sure you retain all documentation ... Be patient
