ACCIDENTALLY TRANSFERRED MONEY TO A CLOSED BANK ACCOUNT

I accidentally transferred money to my closed bank account, 

Can you please share with me what should I do? I file a trace to paypal last Sept 8 and until now they didn't have any resolution for this issue. 

How many days it will take to return back my money? 

because as per the status of my transfer it is already completed. 

Can anyone help me or experiencing the same issue?

Talk to your bank and see if they can recover the funds for you, if not allow 14 working days for it to bounce back and if not contact customer services for a trace.

Hi, did the same thing back in August with the same response/.... seems to be a Paypal thing at present? money missing in the hemisphere... $930 is a large amount so I will keep pursuing a solution. The bank has given me proof that the money was returned to Paypalaccount..with their account number showing .

Its not a 'paypal thing' its what happens, paypal can't do anything with the funds if they do not have the funds but they are in transit back from a declined transfer via electronic transfer.

PayPal in NOT helpful, because they can not inform about the account number used for transfer! I had same situation with a forgotten account number, not used since years. The number is hidden ever for me, the account owner! I can see last four digits only, and without the full number bank refuses to help 😞 That's absurd, money went to a black hole and no one can help.

No my bank proved they had returned the money to PayPal still waiting a year later
