Account balance never changed after loading cash

I added cash to my account. It shows in my recent activity that I loaded $300. My account balance never updated but I need to use the money I added, ASAP. I’ve added cash to my account a hundred times and this is the first time anything like this has happened.

No. I added cash at store. In my recent activity the transaction shows up but it’s not in my balance. I’ve added cash to my account this way many times and it’s never happened before
