PayPal recently gave me a $5.00 offer and I had $2.55 on a card I figured id hurry up and spend it before it expires. When I try to add the funds from my PayPal to the GameFlip Account, it tells me, "Sorry, we can’t complete your purchase at this time" I really don't understand why it says this. I don't really use this PayPal Account.
