are you saying you want to pay your phone bill? using paypal? or are you trying to add money using Paypal with your phone?

if your trying to pay your phone bill? Make sure that your phone company accept (Paypal) as a payment receiving option if they don't have that? you should call Paypal themselves & they will get you a Bank Card it will be a Paypal Bank & with that? you can use it at Atm's stores or even be able to pay that phone bill by using the card they give you.

hope that information helps you. if your looking to add money to your paypal? you go to the store that paypal has & you go on the internet with your phone & you get a bar code that the store clerk will add money too. if that is what your trying to do.

& I almost forgot if you already have a Bank? & a Bank card? (Link it with Paypal) that will allow to make the payment to your phone bill you will need a Bank card just to do things that Paypal is not accepted hope that helps
