Amount input box mini-game

Whoever programmed this, should be fired and sued:

I can't use my money, because it takes 5 minutes to win this mini game. Can't enter amount for exchange, can't enter amount for withdrawal. Pre-filled 0,00 and cursor don't follow any user interface and common logic standards. Pretty shameful for so big company.

I reported this problem to customer service, but the answer didn't even relate to reported issue, I'm not even sure if it was human response, could be very incompetent human or very badly programmed AI.

Edit: the solution is to enter decimals first and then move cursor right before decimal point for each figure. I always thought that intelligence should be used to understand complicated things, not find workarounds for stupid designs.

Still not solved, so frustrating.

Please punish whoever coded it, by forcing him / her to enter 1000 amounts through this input box.
