Hello,
So I bought something virtual from a seller and got an email asking me to review the transaction. Worded like this -
"The seller has provided the following Updated Shipment Tracking Information for your review:
Shipment Tracking Number: No Shipment Tracking
The seller has provided the following Order Status information for your review:
Order Status: Shipped"
What do I need to review exactly? The seller is apparently getting a prompt that the transaction is not yet complete pending my review, but I can't see any links or prompts to actually confirm that all is good?

Hi @rothwelll,
Thanks for posting your question in PayPal's Community Forum! It sounds like the seller may be experiencing a payment hold. At times, we may hold a payment for up to 21 days or until we can confirm that their buyer received the item or service that was promised. This can be done by providing a tracking number to confirm delivery, but since they've sold a digital item, you can also help expedite the release of their funds by confirming you received the digital goods.
I hope this helps!
