I tried to withdraw 200$ from the atm using my paypal cash card...I took too long retrieving the money from the dispenser and it got sucked back inside the machine but the transaction shows complete in my account activity and the amount was deducted from my available balance...the atm operator told me I had to contact my financial institution...so I msgd paypal and they said I had to get a hd of my bank? But what bank?? this was money that I was trying to withdraw from my PayPal debit card that got sucked back inside the machine...anybody ever encountered this problem or know what to do...I appreciate very much any advice!. Thank you
