BEWARE : PAYPAL NORWAY WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY AND WILL NOT REIMBURSE YOU

10 days ago, we sent 645 euros to our board member in Norway via PayPal in order for her to make payments on our behalf.

But as soon as she pressed the transfer button , that money instead of going to the bank, went missing with an error screen appearing out of nowhere. She checked , no logs of transfers were there in her account. She called the bank , no money waiting to be transferred or whatsoever.

She then contacted PayPal Norway who after a review , concluded it was a glitch from their part ,and the error was theirs but the money was not traceable and that in order for them to refund this amount , they had to find the money.........

 

Now we all know '' money '' on virtual world is just another name for bits of information that orders an account to transfer that information to another, then to the bank so the bank actually makes payment with cash money. 

 

In this case , Paypal Norway seemingly deleted all logs of this transfer and stalls us by telling the money should be found ....

 

First of all, if this is a technical glitch as they concluded from their part, it is not the users fault therefore they should be reimbursing this account in whichever way they do, then deal with their technical glitch.

 

Secondly, the money can not be traced physically, there are no actual money being transferred from a bank to another. There are just commands that tells a PayPal account from a country to another country to issue orders for the bank linked to that account make payments.

 

Today is the 11th day our money has VAPORIZED and Paypal Norway is doing absolutely nothing to fix it. We are preparing to launch a lawsuit for this, as this jeopardizes all trust put in this company in handling money and has put us in a very bad position because we could not do payments we promised in that country.

 

Any comments, insights , or third parties who would like to publish this incident on their channel, media, newspaper are welcome and we are more than happy to solidify the story with proof , visuals and witnesses.

Yeah, its bit of info but the amount gone from ya'll PayPal balance if I understood the story correctly.

 

Was this a withdrawal to linked bank account? Or was it a payment from PayPal account to PayPal account?

First from PayPal to PayPal , that went OK...

Then from her PayPal account to linked bank account... that went very wrong and is still going very wrong.
