I have tried several times to link my bank account and i am receiving a message stating we cannot link account at this time. I've contacted my bank and they're saying the problem is with paypal. I am not able to anyone from paypal and when I message, it keeps sending me back to putting in my routing and account information. I would like to have my business account on file so I can start accepting payments online. Can some please assist me? Thank you
