Hi I'm new to PayPal and has recieve some money from a friend which is from (USD) currency and I am from South Africa..anyway besides that confusion PayPal has decided to to freeze something like that for 21 days 😲 just because I am new to PayPal but reason for sending me that money is because I need it as soon as possible so please help me send it to another account and assist with changing currency..thank so much for taking time to listen and assist God bless

In general, if you're new to PayPal and the payment you received has been held for 21 days, it would mean that the payment was sent as 'Goods and Services'. In cases like these, we place the payments you receive in your pending balance. This is practised in the effort to provide a safer and protected online payment environment for both the buyer and seller. These payments are always placed in the pending balance unless further information is provided to be eligible for early release. If you add the tracking number in the details of the pending payment, for example, your funds will be released to you sooner than the 21 days. Here is more information:
