Can I use a prepaid Visa card to add funds to my paypal

I want to add funds to my paypal account, and I don't have a bank account to connect. So can I go to like walmart or safeway and buy a prepaid Visa or mastercard to add funds to my account?

Can't extract funds from cards into your PayPal account balance. You can link it to your PayPal wallet and use the card as the payment method. And if your card does not have enough funds to cover a purchase entirely, it will decline.

Register the card at issuing website with name and billing address that matches to what's on your PayPal account before linking to PayPal Wallet.
