Someone sent me a "Goods and Services" payment by mistake. I refunded the money immediately. But I have this notification that takes over the page every time I log in. It's been well beyond the 21 days. Clicking on "Notifications (1)" does nothing. Clicking on "It may be available sooner" - just goes to a page for cases, and I have no cases.
Mine is just an Notification of a new statement. I have looked at the statement and made a payment but can not clear it. These alerts started when I signed up for PayPal Credit. It may not seem like a big deal but I get tired of seeing that big red alert whenever I open PayPal. I always check it thinking it might be something new. Please give us a way to clear these alerts.
