Can's add bank account

Hi. I can't seem to add a new UK (Clydesdale) bank account. It gets to verification stage then reverts to the blank 'add account' form.

Any ideas?

Looks like you can't add it 'yet'?

Sorry, but that's not adding an account. That's linking the debit card in an app.
