Hi there. I am trying to transfer my funds from Paypal to linked Visa debit card. I get message "Things don’t appear to be working right now".
On one attempt my banks smartphone app asked to confirm transfer and said it was confirmed. After that i got message from Paypal "Denied – Transfer using Card". I contacted my bank in Croatia and they say there are no limitations or problems from their side. Paypal payment with that Visa works fine. I tried removing and re-adding that card. I tried using different browsers and Android app, but to no avail.
Also when i try to change primay currency from USD to EUR i get message "We're sorry, thing's don't appear to be working right now. Try again later."
I don't see how i can contact Paypal to help me with this. I only get Call us option, no way to send message. Can someone try to help?
