Can't withdraw money to my bank account

Hello everyone,

I received a payment and cannot withdraw it to my bank account as I usually do. Notification says there is a problem with my account needs to be solved and the actions are limited now that, when I press on 'Resolve' it says I need to connect a bank or credit card (which is already done), so I just retype the numbers and everything is correct as it was before, but when I want to transfer the money it says the same thing - there is an issue and I need to contact them. I don't understand, all my personal and banking information is up to date, so what's the problem? I've sent multiple letters and tried to call them but no answer.

Can anyone help?

As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment (Paypal varies a lot country to country).

same here. my banks are active. i was able to withdraw 2 days ago (June 8, 2020). Now, my clients have paid and need to withdraw it but it say's something's wrong. i really need it to be transferred.

reallyhate their customer service. they don't have a chat service for realtime. their reply takes eons!!! 😞

I know you probably don’t want to pay the fee, but have you tried the Instant Transfer option with your card instead?

I can't see this option at all on my profile.

You can't add a local bank account in your country.
You can only add a linked card.
The only exception is you can add a U.S bank account to other countries paypal accounts. This is because Paypal is a U.S company.
