Cancelling a Payment Method

PayPal has the worst customer service EVERRRR. Can't get a real human on the phone or on the virtual chat. So I turn to my fellow PayPal users. I have experienced fraud lately with my credit card so I am cleaning up where I house the number and just making sure my account numbers are minimized online. I added my new credit card to PayPal and tried to delete my checking account off of it. I got an error message stating "Sorry, you can’t remove this bank account because of a pending transaction. Please try again later." I DON'T HAVE A PENDING TRANSACTION. *eye roll* Why won't it let me remove the account???

Check if you had a subscription set up...
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.

Thank you. I cancelled all my subscriptions. It still shows the same message but may just need a bit to sync?
