Cannot Link Bank

I just tried to connect my account and routing number from cash app so I could add it as a bank but it says that they can't link it at the moment. Do they not accept cashapp as a bank? Or is it maybe because I have a cashapp card connected too?

Is it a virtual / digital bank? If so then Paypal do not accept that account type.
