Cannot Withdraw money to my VISA prepaid card?

Hello there, since this COVID-19 situation, I'm not able to withdraw my money from paypal to my VISA prepaid card. I have already linked my card and whenever I click transfer funds I get message that I need to link my card (Keep in mind I already linked one).

I got answer from support telling me to clear my cache, to directly navigate to links like: /moneytransfer  or /fundstransfer/from and so on, but none of those solutions work. I really need help, my money is stuck on paypal and support is telling me solutions which don't work.

Why is that? What's happening?

money stuck on paypal….and customer support-what a joke. this will help. after you fix this problem...ebay is initiating their own payment process, getting away from paypal because of all of the problems... what bs, using covid as an excuse... nothing but lies and problems ever since ebay and paypal separated..I cancelled my account once, going to do it again, permanently, after I get my funds on one last transaction.  outright lies from this company.

You should be able to withdraw funds to that card.

Has there been any changes ie billing address and do you have available funds on it?

Are you withdrawing in a currency that card can accept?

Everything is fine with the card, I was able to withdraw funds before COVID-19 situation, now I can't.

Btw my account is NON-US. And support team answered me: "Note that at this time, only a few countries are able to transfer money to an eligible Visa or Mastercard debit or prepaid card."

Yes i can see you are in Serbia and so you can withdraw to a prepaid card in your country.
