Cannot link bank account.

A few months ago paypal unlinked my bank account, and ever since then whenever I try to link it back up I get an error "Please check your information and try again."

If you had a failed bank transfer or negative balance that caused them to unlink it then its because they don't want the same thing happening again so are requesting you use a card as your funding source instead.

Yes, I believe that is what happened, but you see, I need to withdraw funds from my Paypal to my bank account, and that obviously cannot be done with a card.

Well to give you advice on that you would have needed to have said which country you are in, if you don't I can only give general advice.

ok, then it looks as if your only option for funds withdrawal in your country is to a bank account.

That is unless you have a business account and can get a paypal debit card?

If not then your options are.........

1. Contact customer services and see if they will add the bank account back on to your paypal account for you?

2. Send your balance using the friends/family option to a close mate or family member that can withdraw the funds and pass them on to you.

3. Mark your balance as your preferred funding source and use it for purchasing items instead of withdrawing it.
