id like to link my bank account to my PayPal but the captcha image isn't actually showing me what I have to type, so basically I have no way to link them and yes I've tried linking from PayPal with the less then 0.50 cents thing in checking but PayPal just never sends it so that doesn't work either. so anyone that knows a way to fix this then please tell me. P.S. I've tried refreshing it on both mobile and pc now and the issue is still the same.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
