I need help to block a transaction from Paypal that would result into money taken out of my bank account, as that transaction was already successfully cancelled. But the direct debit for that amount is still pending on my bank account and as soon as I ll get enough funds on my bank account the whole amount would be taken. My bank is requesting the creditor id number and the unique mandate reference number for the PayPal transaction. I can't get through the PayPal customer service phone number. Do you know if there's another way to get those two codes?
