Debit card restricted

I have got a new card from my bank and confirmed it with code on my statement and I still cannot process purchases. This has caused me great inconvenience as I am disabled and moving around to do all this was not easy in a wheelchair

Same issue, except I’m allowed to add the card. When I go to make a purchase the new card isn’t showing up.
