If this card has a Visa, Mastercard or Amex logo you should be able to add the card to your account. You will find the option to do this in the Wallet section of your PayPal account. Just click Add Card.
Did you ever resolve your problem? My kids have tried to link their FirstOntario accounts over the past few months unsuccessfully. The setup initiates, but the deposits never appear in their accounts. FirstOntario says it should work and that it is a paypal problem. They said they haven't been able to get any assistance from Paypal other than to use a credit card. As teenagers, they aren't eligible for their own credit cards yet.
